Mentoring Program Ongoing

GSHRM is pleased to offer its members participation in the Mentoring Program.  This program has met with great success and we are pleased to offer mentoring on a continuous basis.  This program is designed to match less experienced HR practitioners with more experienced practitioners. 

Who is eligible:  Any GSHRM members may apply to be a part of the program.  Please complete the application form linked below. Mentors must have 10 or more years of progressive HR experience to serve as mentors.

What is involved:  Once you have submitted an application, you will be matched with either a mentor or mentee.   You will receive a “match” email with some basic instruction on the program.  The program is intended to be a year-long program and we ask that you try to connect with each other at least monthly.

What the Program is Not:  This program is not intended to be your “HR Department.”  For example, if you are matched with an attorney, you should not exploit the opportunity to seek legal advice.
