Program Topic: Leveraging the Silver Tsunami: Building Effective Mentoring Programs that Engage and Retain Mature Workers

This session will inform HR Professionals about research regarding the Aging Workforce and encourage them to take a strategic look at how this trend impacts current work environments and future applicant pools.  This one-hour session will focus specifically on mentor program development as a method to leverage the talents of mature workers, build positive mixed-generation groups and promote business continuity by minimizing key institutional knowledge loss.
