Topic: Employee Engagement - Mid Career and Tenured Employees. Join us in April as we discuss the reasons why employees choose to stay, and what keeps them continually engaged over the years. We will have a panel discussion featuring Mr. Jamie Rhyne who is the Plant Manager at Bostik, Julie Cook who is an HR Business Partner with Power, and Lawanna Dendy who is the HR Business Partner at US LMB, all of whom have long tenures with their current employer and are part of the engagement and retention conversation at their organizations.

Hear them share about their career paths and what has kept them engaged throughout the years. We will also explore how their companies are viewing and adapting to today’s workforce, engaging with millennials and increasing retention.
