Many leaders find themselves constantly reacting to the latest iterations of just about everything. Before we see visible change, however, something is already shifting. Leaders who can notice this movement early are poised to proactively choose what they want to create for themselves and their organizations. This workshop will teach you how to practice more fully discerning the present as a path to designing positive steps into the future.

Ross Robinson is an executive leadership coach dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. A former KPMG professional, Ross transitioned from accounting to leadership development, spending more than two decades guiding vision, strategy, and leader growth before co-founding Bold Move with his wife, Janiece, in 2014.

Ross is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation, a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, and a graduate of Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership. He is passionate about empowering leaders to grow with purpose, confidence, and lasting impact.

HR Certification Credits: Greenville SHRM is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities. This program has been pre-approved for 1 hour of SHRM re-certification credit.
